Getting Started

How do I register?
To place an order, you first have to create an account. You can register with these 3 simple steps:
1. Go to http://25hoursbuyers.com/
2. Click on ‘Registration form’ (on the landing page)
3. Fill in the required information and click ‘Apply’
Do you deliver to my country?
COUXU uses the services of established courier companies to send products to customers. Please visit the Japan Post EMS website (https://www.post.japanpost.jp/int/ems/country/index_en.html) to check if your country can be delivered to. Alternatively, you may contact us at info@couxu.jp to ask where we deliver to.
How do I update my delivery address, email, or password?
Once you’ve signed up, you can click on Account at the top of the home page. Here, you can edit your account information. If you are still having issues, please feel free to contact us via email at info@couxu.jp.

Orders

How do I place my order?
Go to http://25hoursbuyers.com/
Click ‘Sign In’ on the upper right side of the website.
Fill in your email address and password then click ‘Sign In’.
Select all the products that you want, choose the quantity and click ‘Add to shopping cart’. You may also adjust the quantity or remove items once they are in your cart.
After selecting all the items that you want, go to the cart icon in the upper right corner and check that the items and amounts are correct and click ‘Next’.
Complete the ‘Shipping and Payment’ section and click ‘Next’.
On the next page, check that the items, amount, and delivery information are correct and click ‘Buy Now’.
You will receive an order confirmation shortly via your registered email.
You can also check your Purchase History to ensure that your order has been processed.
About adding an item to your cart
Placing an available item in your cart does not reserve that item. Available inventory is only assigned to your order after you click Buy Now and initiate the payment process.
Tip: If your Cart is empty or items are missing from it, it is likely that you are not logged into your account.
Can I change, cancel or add items to my order?
If you would like to make changes to your order, please inform within 3 days of placing the order. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
COUXU reserves the right to charge the customer a cancellation fee up to the cost of items ordered in the event that we are only notified after your items have been packed and prepared for shipping.
What happens to my cart if I leave before checking out?
If you have an account with us, we’ll save everything in your cart. The next time you come back, you can pick up from where you left off.

How do I find products on COUXU?
By Category – Navigate to the desired product category by clicking on the links in the category list on the left of the page.
Product Search – Simply type the product you are looking for into the search bar at the top of the site and click the magnifying glass.
What if a product I ordered is out of stock?
We do our best to ensure the products listed on our site are always in stock, however in the rare circumstance that your ordered product is not available, we will contact you to either suggest a replacement or issue a refund. If there is a specific item you want to enquire about, please contact us any time at info@couxu.jp for a specific estimated date of availability.

Payment

What are the modes of payment I can use?
Online through PayPal. Accepted cards include Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diner’s Club and EnRoute. Kindly note that the credit/debit cards and payment methods accepted by PayPal are subject to change.
Is COUXU secure?
Yes. We take every precaution to protect your privacy and to prevent misuse of the private information you provide us. Please note that while we make reasonable efforts to safeguard your personal information once we receive it, no transmission of data over the Internet or any other public network can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
Will my information be kept private?
We use your information only to process orders and to inform you of new products and promotions. We will not release your personal information to any third party unless you have granted us explicit permission to do so. Refer to our privacy policy for further details.
