This low-salt soy sauce is made with pure and good-quality riverbed water of the Akashi Mountains, and fermented with distinctive soybeans and wheat twice.
It should be a great supporting actor to bring out the flavor of other ingredients at cooking. The salt content is cut down (it’s less than 13%.)
Once you add it on a piece of sashimi, you can never say good-bye to this soy sauce.
It’s preservative-free. Store it in a cool, dark place before you open it. Keep refrigerated after opening.
